Job description

Operational Excellence

Monitor and provide real-time feedback on Process Performance, suggesting practical adjustments to optimize yield and quality.

Accurately record all process parameters and qualitative observations during trial runs.

Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of R&D equipment to minimize downtime.

Data & Analysis

Support the engineering team in analyzing data to identify trends, recurring issues, or opportunities for process improvement.

Ensure all technical documentation is updated and easily accessible for audit purposes.

Safety & Compliance

Strictly follow all safety protocols (PPE, LOTO, etc.) and ensure experimental setups comply with industry and company standards.

What you will need
