Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma; 2-3 years of related experience acceptable.
• Must meet physical requirements: stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting 50 lbs+.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience analyzing information and applying standard practices to judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Assign work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect new installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact the quality of own work.
• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

What You'll Need:
