Job summary

ZUS COFFEE in Malaysia seeks a mobile engineering lead to own end-to-end mobile architecture across iOS and Android, shaping what gets built and how before implementation begins.

You will set engineering standards, drive code quality, define health metrics like crash-free rate and release cadence, and steer the technical debt posture within the mobile team. This role partners with product to translate requests into scalable, performant mobile solutions.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end technical ownership of the mobile architecture across iOS and Android.
• First technical review point for new product and feature requests — shaping what gets built and how before implementation begins.
• Definition and evolution of mobile engineering standards, code quality practices, and shared patterns.
• Mobile engineering health metrics: crash-free rate, release cadence, performance benchmarks, and technical debt posture.
