Project & Systems Management

Plan and execute digital and IT‑related projects across the organization.

Oversee implementation and optimization of MIS, ERP, CRM, HRMS, AI and business intelligence systems.

Manage the internal tech stack (hardware/software), ensuring performance, security, and user support.

Data & Reporting

Design and deliver dashboards, scorecards, and reports for key stakeholders.

Convert raw data into actionable insights for business leaders.

Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms.

Process & Business Improvement

Identify and eliminate operational inefficiencies using data, automation, and system enhancements.

Work closely with departments to streamline workflows and drive digital transformation.

Facilitate process‑mapping workshops and improvement initiatives.

Team Development

Coach and manage a small team of MIS/IT specialists.

Promote a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.

Who We Are Looking For:

Degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in MIS, business analysis, or digital operations.

Experience managing small teams and cross‑functional projects.

Familiar with ERP systems, reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and process improvement methods.

Strong understanding of both IT infrastructure and business operations.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Agile, proactive, and resourceful.

Hands‑on mindset – not afraid to dig into systems, processes, or data when needed.
