Project Details
  • Engaged in a digital transformation to revamp platforms and introduce up-to-date best tech practices, processes, and culture.
  • Centralizing all systems from different countries into a single, real-time ecosystem.
  • Comprises 3 main teams: Front Office, Trading Platform, and Core Back End.
  • This role is part of the Core Back End team (8-9 members), which is the most crucial among the three, within a larger team of 40+ engineers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and develop best software practices, frameworks, and architecture.
  • Analyze business objectives, prepare action plans, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in strategic planning, decision‑making, and demonstrate leadership experience (including leading a small team).
  • Take on some leadership responsibilities under the guidance of the Development Lead.
  • Report directly to the Development Lead of the Core Back End team based in Singapore.
