Job summary

A leading testing and certification company in Shah Alam is seeking a Laboratory Technician to ensure the accuracy of analytical results in compliance with ISO standards. The role includes training lab technicians, maintaining equipment, and upholding quality procedures. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or a related field. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a microbiological analytical laboratory; fresh graduates with a positive attitude are acceptable.
• Experience in related testing is preferred.
• Good knowledge in reading and writing in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of daily test results.
• Implement and maintain MS ISO/IEC 17025 and Group Quality System.
• Ensure confidentiality of client information.
• Calibrate and maintain analytical equipment.
• Investigate non-conformities and customer complaints.
