• To support manufacturing flow in CHQSC KL through Right First-Time testing and schedule adherence.
• Manages the QC Micro-Laboratory and ensures that the Quality system in place at QC Micro Lab and compliance to GMP/GLP, Data Integrity and EHS requirements.
• To provide necessary Quality Control documents to Regulatory for registration of products and raw materials manufactured by CHQSC KL, in Micro-Laboratory functions.
• Requirements are adhered through the following laboratory procedures:-

Validate testing methods/process, Standard Operating Procedure, Scheduled Maintenance and Calibration Program & etc.

• Manages the viable environment monitoring & water monitoring for the site, Out of specification procedure.
• To conform to Good Laboratory Practice and quality of its testing services which consistently meet and exceed the contractual demands and expectation of our customer Quality requirements.
• To support other cross-function on microbial test requirement.
• To conduct microbial validation and qualification for process and facilities.
• Participate in Level 1 inspection as auditee and co-auditor.
• Trouble-shoots when there are any microbiology-related problem and recommended solutions.
• Recommends laboratory equipment purchases/coordinate purchase of material as per required specification.
• Conduct GMP Training on Micro Awareness for contractors and Site personnel.
