Qualifications

• Min 2-3 years of experience in Semiconductor/ IC Substrate/ IC packaging or related field.
• Knowledge in quality tools and statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Setup and qualify metrology tools to support process tools' TQPQ.
• Conduct tool matching & stability and calibrate all measuring devices.
• Ensure customer requirements are met and all data output is valid.
