Role Overview

As a Merchant Zone Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact for small and unmanaged merchants in your assigned area. Your role is to build trust, support their business growth, and ensure a smooth overall experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular visits to merchants and maintain strong working relationships
  • Resolve merchant issues and elevate complex cases when necessary
  • Educate merchants on available tools, apps, and marketing features
  • Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvement actions
  • Provide local market insights and feedback to internal teams
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to enhance the merchant experience
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, field operations, or account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, independent, and solutions-oriented
  • Comfortable using data to track performance and drive decisions
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or Tamil is an added advantage
  • Familiarity with the local business landscape in Shah Alam or Wangsa Maju is a plus
