A leading financial institution in Malaysia is seeking a skilled candidate to identify and secure merchant sales opportunities, and conduct training on e-payment solutions. The ideal applicant should have at least 3 years of sales experience or be a fresh graduate with a strong desire to sell. Good communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships are essential. This role offers competitive remuneration and opportunities for career advancement.
Identify and secure merchant sales opportunities and promote e-payment solutions.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective merchants.
Conduct merchant training and keep merchants updated on the latest card schemes rules or expanded services.
Manage marketing programmes with merchants to foster long term partnerships.
Assist in merchant fraud investigation and take pro-active measures to mitigate non-compliance risk.
Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and channel sales leads to the relevant stakeholders in the Bank.
Minimum SPM qualification with at least 3 years working experience. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
Experience in sales, marketing and client management would be an added advantage.
Result-oriented with a strong desire to sell.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
