Job description

In addition to our retail store, our Company specializes in importing and distributing products. Our primary focus is on supplying hypermarkets, supermarkets, convenient stores, and independent stores. We strive to establish a successful, efficient, and sustainable business model that positions us as a reliable and trusted partner.

Job Scope:

Have in-depth knowledge of the imported products being distributed.

Ability to close deals, upsell products, and meet sales targets.

Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.

Regularly follow up with clients to ensure that orders are delivered on time, customers are satisfied, and to identify future sales opportunities.

Ensure that orders are properly processed, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of the order (products, quantities, prices).

Monitor sales trends and report on sales performance, including setting sales targets and tracking progress.

Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and product inventory. Report progress to management regularly.

Track competitors’ products, pricing, and sales strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers to close deals effectively.

Coordinate with the warehouse or distribution team to ensure that stocks are available and ready for delivery.

Work with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery to customers.

Ensure that all necessary sales documentation (invoices, order forms, etc.) is accurate and processed properly.

Providing excellent service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide regular service to assigned outlets, check products expiry dates and plan promotional activities.
