Job summary

Job description

Track stock levels and assist in managing inventory to ensure products are available and properly presented. Help with restocking and maintaining effective product rotation.

Support the setup of product displays in line with company standards. Ensure items are arranged neatly, attractively, and in a customer-friendly manner both in-store and online.

Assist in reviewing sales data and customer trends to improve product assortment and placement. Share insights with senior merchandising staff on how products are performing.

Help execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns. Make sure promotional items are displayed correctly and are easy for customers to find.

Contribute to maintaining strong visual standards across the store or online platform. Ensure products, signage, and displays align with brand aesthetics and marketing direction.

Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery timelines and stock availability. Assist in verifying product quality and quantity upon arrival.

Assist with moving merchandise within the store or warehouse. Support shelf restocking and keeping product areas organized.

Collaborate closely with merchandising, sales, and other teams to ensure merchandising operations run smoothly.

Assist in updating store layouts to support new products or seasonal campaigns. Ensure product placement follows store guidelines and strategic plans.

Job Requirements

Possess Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Experience in retail or merchandising preferred.
