Job Description
  • Lead end-to-end project management from design development through to construction and handover.
  • Manage coordination between design consultants, contractors, client stakeholders, and operators.
  • Ensure project milestones and quality benchmarks are met in line with client vision and operational objectives.
  • Manage contract administration, programme scheduling, change management, cost plans, cost control and projections.
  • Identify and report risks and early warnings; and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Report regularly to the Project Director and Client on project progress, risks, and key decisions.
  • Ensure stakeholder engagement, including local authorities and community representatives.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 8–15 years of project management experience, ideally with exposure to public venues, campuses or commercial developments.
  • Experience managing high-specification, architecturally driven functional developments.
  • Strong technical understanding of mega structures for large venues, MEP, and specialist lecture theatre / hall systems.
  • Proven stakeholder and consultant management skills.
  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience on large span structures / buildings, lecture theatres, systems integrations.
  • Familiarity with compact integration of MEP systems with limited building layouts.
