Job Description
  • Plan, schedule, and manage mechanical construction works for manufacturing facilities.
  • Monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Review mechanical designs, specifications, and drawings for accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure proper installation of HVAC, piping, compressed air systems, and other mechanical infrastructure.
  • Enforce safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout the construction process.
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal project teams.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide guidance during construction phases.
  • Manage manpower allocation and equipment utilization effectively.
  • Oversee procurement of mechanical materials and ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in mechanical construction, preferably in advanced manufacturing or industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, utilities) and construction standards.
  • Proven ability to manage large‑scale projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
