We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented professional who thrives on structure, clear communication, and delivering top-notch service.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and manage quarterly peer group meetings – venues, catering, travel, schedules – the whole package.
  • Be the main point of contact for participants: collect dietary requirements, travel preferences, and special requests.
  • Handle event logistics and documentation – run sheets, itineraries, reports – with precision.
  • Administer our Digital Hub (Mighty Networks) – event setup, onboarding, basic support, posting, cohort admin.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely content delivery.
  • Support facilitators with admin and communication tasks across the quarter.
  • Document processes to make scaling smooth and efficient.
  • Attend weekly L10 Meetings as part of our EOS-driven operations.
About You

  • Highly organised with excellent time management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication in English.
  • Detail-focused and accurate in everything you do.
  • Tech-savvy: Microsoft Office, Mighty Networks, and other digital tools.
  • Professional, service-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
