Qualifications

• Experience in surgical, vascular access, or O&G products is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital-based healthcare professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage existing accounts.
• Present, promote, and demonstrate medical products to medical staff.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales successfully.
• Organize and support CME sessions and trade exhibitions.
• Provide product support in operating theatres.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports.

Employment Type: 12-month contract via PERSOL (Renewable based on performance)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary Range: RM4,000 – RM5,500

About the Role

We a dynamic and results‑driven Medical Sales Representative to manage hospital‑based accounts and drive business growth across the Central Region and Perak. This role involves close engagement with healthcare professionals and hands‑on product support in clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital‑based healthcare professionals
• Identify new business opportunities and manage existing accounts
• Present, promote, and demonstrate medical products to doctors, nurses, and medical staff
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales
• Organize and support CME sessions and attend trade exhibitions
• Provide product support in operating theatres and interventional suites
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales (experience in surgical, vascular access, or O&G products is an advantage)
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong planning, communication, and negotiation skills
• Willing to travel within Central Region & Perak, including overnight stays when required
• Computer literate, proactive, and self‑motivated
