What you'll be doing
  • Actively engage with doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare providers to build strong relationships and promote our product portfolio
  • Understand the unique needs of each customer and tailor your approach to provide the best solutions
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective territory management and account planning
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and educational programs
  • Provide valuable feedback to the business on market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed sales reports
What we're looking for
  • Proven track record in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, preferably within the Malaysian market
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to effectively communicate with medical professionals
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build lasting relationships with customers
  • Driven, self‑motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales goals
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in a life science or related field
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
