Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Experience in preparing financial projections will be an advantage.

Medical Recruitment & Program Delivery Manager

Lead Value-Driven Outcome (VDO) initiatives to support a value-based healthcare system. Collect and analyze clinical and cost data to drive quality improvement and cost efficiency. Collaborate with consultants, departments, and management, and provide regular progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Clinical Service Developments

Collaborate with various departments to develop, implement, and monitor clinical strategies and ensure their performance.

Support improvement plans to enhance core clinical services (e.g., medical, surgical, women’s, pediatric) and other services aligned with the organization’s long-term goals.

Develop and set up new clinical services, including facilities, equipment, operations, and workflows.

Engage with consultants and stakeholders to align clinical strategies with the hospital’s business objectives.

Assist in planning and organizing periodic Doctors’ Engagement activities.

Content Writing

Work closely with the Commercial Development team to create medical content for online and offline platforms, including social media campaigns, websites, and promotional materials.
