About the role
Tresco Meditec Sdn bhd is a fast growing company seeking highly motivated and experienced Medical Product Specialist to join our dynamic team.

As a Medical Product Specialist (Surgical Disposables), you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our presence in hospitals and clinics.

This is a full-time position, offering competitive compensation and opportunities for professional development.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and engage with potential clients in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices

Effectively present and demonstrate our range of high-quality surgical disposable products to key decision-makers

Negotiate and secure sales and contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide accurate reporting to the sales management team

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in the surgical disposables or related healthcare products industry

Srub Nurse or Scrub technologist with strong knowledge and experience in assisting variety of surgical procedures are encouraged to apply.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of successfully closing sales

Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as nursing, life sciences, healthcare, or business administration
