About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Specialist to drive business growth within the commercial fitness, physiotherapy, clinical rehab, gym, and wellness center markets. This role focuses on expanding market share, building strong client relationships, and promoting high‑value solutions that enhance health, performance, and rehabilitation outcomes.
The ideal candidate is results‑oriented, passionate about health and fitness, and skilled in consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within gyms, physiotherapy centers, Pilates studios, wellness centers, sports performance facilities, and rehabilitation clinics.
- Execute full‑cycle sales: lead generation, product presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations—both on‑site and virtual—to showcase features and benefits.
- Build strong distributor, partner, and channel relationships (if applicable).
Account Management
- Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key accounts to drive repeat and referral business.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and education to clients to ensure product adoption and customer success.
- Resolve customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
Market & Product Expertise
- Develop deep understanding of the fitness, physiotherapy, and Pilates market landscape, including customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Recommend tailored solutions based on client requirements and business goals.
- Stay up‑to‑date with product updates, research, and features to effectively communicate value propositions.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with marketing to execute campaigns, events, and workshops aimed at market education and lead generation.
- Provide weekly sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team.
- Participate in trade shows, seminars, and industry events to represent the company and generate leads.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Science, Physiotherapy, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales within fitness, physiotherapy, medical device, gym equipment, sports science, or wellness industries.
- Experience selling to gyms, clinics, rehabilitation centers, or wellness studios is highly advantageous.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Consultative selling approach with ability to understand client needs and propose solutions.
- Goal‑driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital sales tools is a plus.
