• Notify unit manager of changes impacting care standards.
• Provide high-quality care in urgent situations and manage ambulance transfers.
• Conduct triage and prioritize care based on patient history and needs.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to manage life-threatening conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report abnormal findings to doctors.
