Qualifications

  • Two years related experience in a computerized accounting/human resources environment preferably within a medical function.

In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified candidates to fill the following position at FGV Shared Services Centre Sdn Bhd.

Job Purpose

Responsible for timely and accurate data preparation on medical deductions and payments in SAP Payroll. The role will be accountable for high accuracy of data preparation, while continuously seeking to identify opportunities for improvement to raise with their supervisor and the department management. The role requires a high ability to follow defined processes and steps to ensure the rigorous controls put in place by management are properly executed.

Key Accountabilities
  1. To maintain employee medical records and administer medical procedures as per approved guidelines:
    • Manage and update employee medical’s debt
    • Prepare medical deduction data to payroll
    • Generate deduction letter to employee
    • Reconcile medical deduction vs total debt
  2. To prepare reports:
    • Generate Monthly Medical Statement for each BUs
    • Provide assistance for senior associates on any non-standard report if requested (gathering data)
  3. To respond on medical queries from BU (management, employees, etc.) that is escalated from the contact centre within their own authorization and capability
  4. To liaise with Medical Insurance , Etiqa Insurance and medical third party administrator if there are any problems that needs their confirmation
  5. To liaise with BU (management, employees, etc.) if there are any problems that needs BU confirmation
Individual Accountabilities
  • Ensure smooth HR operations in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Transaction processes done for business unit is efficient and meet business unit’s expectations
  • Ensure services delivery provided is consistent and comply to Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Liaise and manage intensively the relationships with business units and policy maker in order to support business requirements
  • Suggest an improvement in shared services processes in order to deliver services efficiently
  • Ensure shared services process apply the best practices and standards in achieving Shared Services Centre excellent
  • Any other tasks which are assigned by the superior
Qualifications and Working Experience
