Job summary

DKSH is seeking an Executive, Medical Affairs in Petaling Jaya to support the Healthcare Medical Affairs function by delivering medical and product training, building scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals, and equipping the sales force with the latest clinical knowledge and evidence.

You will cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, support CME programs, and participate in scientific meetings while ensuring regulatory awareness and accurate clinical messaging across

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in a Science or Medical-related discipline; pharmacy or medicine background preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar Medical Affairs or healthcare-related role.
• Basic ability to read, interpret, and present clinical studies to diverse professional audiences.
• Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements for products within assigned territories.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage credibly with healthcare professionals.
• Basic research and analytical skills to synthesize and communicate scientific information clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in the local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medical and product training to strengthen scientific knowledge and the sales force capabilities.
• Ensure internal team knowledge remains current through regular training sessions.
• Build and cultivate scientific partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Support healthcare professionals through scientific detailing and disease management engagement.
• Conduct round table discussions with healthcare professionals to enrich dialogue.
• Initiate and manage Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs across audiences.
• Participate in scientific meetings and congresses to stay updated on clinical developments.
• Coordinate administrative duties as required.
