Job description

Position Summary

The Media & Insights Manager will be responsible for overseeing media investments, digital performance tracking, and audience insights across Vinda’s marketing ecosystem. This role requires expertise in media tools, analytics, and digital asset management to optimize performance, drive effectiveness, and ensure brand growth. The person will work closely with E-commerce, Digital, and Marketing teams to provide insights and identify opportunities to enhance media effectiveness. The Role also requires active involvement in day-to-day media management as well. The Incumbent is also required to provide insights & suggestions by evaluating campaign performance.

Working Location: Vinda SEA HQ (Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, next to Setia Alam)

You will play an essential role to:

A) Media Planning & Insights

  1. Oversee and manage media planning, execution, and optimization across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Manager, Lazada & Shopee Marketing Solutions.
  2. Drive data-driven insights through social listening and CDP (Insider) to refine marketing strategies.
  3. Ensure proper implementation and utilization of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for tracking campaign performance and user behavior.
  4. Work closely with E-commerce teams to enhance performance marketing strategies and identify market trends and opportunities.
  5. Monitor viewability and ad effectiveness using IAS (Integral Ad Science) and other tracking tools.
  6. Maintain ownership and governance of Vinda’s digital assets, including websites, social media pages, and other online platforms.
  7. Analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize media investments.
  8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to align media strategies with business objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Media or Engineering, Data Analytics
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing, or consumer insights, preferably in FMCG or E-commerce industries
  • Proven track record of driving digital performance and optimizing media investments
  • Hands-on experience with CDP (Insider), Social Listening Tools, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Manager, Lazada & Shopee marketing portals
  • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and IAS (Integral Ad Science) for viewability tracking
  • Ability to analyze consumer insights, digital trends, and competitive landscapes to drive informed decision-making
  • Experience in managing multi-channel campaigns and working with marketing technology platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
