Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or related fields.
• 1+ year experience in social media/digital marketing; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Familiar with Facebook, YouTube and Instagram.
• Basic video editing/content creation skills are an advantage.
• Creative, proactive and data-driven.
• Experience in short drama, entertainment or mobile apps is a plus.
• Good command of English & Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and other social media accounts.
• Publish and optimize short-drama videos to increase views and engagement.
• Drive social media traffic to our short-drama app through links and CTAs.
• Optimize titles, thumbnails, captions and posting strategies.
• Monitor performance including views, clicks, app downloads and registrations.
• Identify trending content and test new ideas to improve traffic and conversion.
