Job summary

IME Group in Shah Alam, Malaysia invites motivated engineering students for an internship in Mechatronic Engineering. You will assist engineers across Industry 4.0 projects, participate in product design and development, and gain hands-on programming experience.

This internship offers practical exposure, shadowing and training, with opportunities to work on automation and robotics concepts. Solidworks knowledge is a plus, and strong communication and presentation skills are expected.

Qualifications

Pursuing or completed diploma/degree in Mechatronic Engineering.
Solidworks knowledge is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills required.

Responsibilities

Assist engineers in implementing Industry 4.0 solutions.
Carry out product design and development tasks.
Carry out software development and programming.
Learn Industry IoT solutions and research new manufacturing technologies.
Prepare marketing materials for new products and solutions.
Support engineers with other tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

To assist engineers in the projects implementation of Industry 4.0 solution.
To carry out product design and development tasks.
To carry out Software development and programming.
To learn Industry IOT solutions and research the new technology in manufacturing.
To help engineer to prepare marketing related material for new products and solutions.
To carry out other tasks when required in assisting the engineers.
Diploma/ Degree in Mechatronic Engineering
Candidates who understand Solidworks would be added advantage
Great communication and presentation skills
Knowledge in the programming tool as Node Red
any experience in automation/ robotic design/ robotic competition
