Mechanical Staff Engineer/Mechanical Engineer (Senior/Junior)
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle including design, development, prototype testing, manufacturing and implementation.
- Proficient in Cero PRO-E and other simulation tools.
- Optimize mechanical solutions to enhance product performance.
- Perform mechanical simulations and integrate solutions into the final form-fit product.
- Design, simulate and verify subsystems or modules to meet required specifications.
- Lead testing and qualification activities to ensure products meet specifications and comply with regulations.
- Participate in system design discussions to ensure alignment with product requirements.
- Conduct experiments and simulations in a methodical manner, analyze data, and interpret results.
- Evaluate the overall performance, reliability, and other key metrics of the final products.
- Estimate project budget and define project scope.
- Attend meetings with clients and design team to discuss progress and requirements.
Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering degree with 5 years of experience in designing and developing wired/wireless and pro audio products
- Experience running simulations and analyzing test data
- Proficient in materials selection and generating Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Ability to generate technical reports to methodology documentation, results and recommendationsAnalytical, independent and energetic with excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams, adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Manual dexterity and strong problem-solving skills
- Must be proactive, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
