Job Description: The Rotating Equipment Execution Engineer contributes to value-adding analysis, delivery of activities, studies, troubleshooting and the management of threats and opportunities from an execution perspective within an integrated team setup. The role supports HSSE by ensuring planning and execution aspects for major maintenance on rotating equipment are considered in processes that ensure safety and asset integrity. You will leverage technical knowledge, experience, SEAM processes and integration skills to enable SMEP objectives, generate value and protect the asset by balancing increased production with risk considerations. You will be aware of facility capacity and limitations, contribute to the Natural Team to enable success of the Natural team and SMEP, and utilize SEAM - PME, PTA, MOC and project processes to enable successful delivery. You will support the effective execution of minor capex related to mechanical and rotating equipment during the plant operating phase. You may assume the role of event lead during the RMP TA on demand to oversee TA execution from planning through completion.

Natural Team: Execution NT. You are part of the Execution natural team and will contribute by supporting the safe execution of activities offshore, primarily in a campaign approach. You are onshore but will mobilize offshore as required during the execution period (e.g., Major PM/CM). Delivery of objectives is via the SEAM process: PME (Major) Turnarounds.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong personal leadership and self-management with the ability to collaborate with a diverse population; maintain a motivated, positive attitude.
• Regularly interface with peers in related teams, disciplines and processes; occasional interface with GM-2 and above on request.
• Support engagement with external stakeholders relevant to achieving Natural goals (e.g., Global SMEs, JV Partners, Regulators and customers as required).
