Role & Responsibilities

Developing technical procedures, Method of statements for equipment, including static equipment like columns/towers, heat exchangers, cooling tower, fired heaters, flare stack, storage tanks, and rotating equipment like pumps, motors, compressors, and turbines. etc

  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
  • Collaborate and communicate with other engineers and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
  • Create and review project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure construction progress and quality is maintained.
  • Oversee the testing and commissioning of mechanical systems.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to other team members.
  • Maintains detailed records of installations, inspections, and modifications, prepare method statements and procedures for mechanical works.
  • Ensures compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and project requirements.
  • Prioritizes safety in all aspects of field operations, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and protocols.
  • Works effectively with other field personnel, including welders, fitters, and inspectors.
  • Assists in the planning and execution of installation activities.
  • Must have a experience with Column/Vessel Dress-up and internal works
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
