The PROTÉGÉ – Mechanical Engineer will assist the engineering team in planning, implementing, and monitoring mechanical and facility-related maintenance activities. The role provides hands‑on exposure to hospital support services, including HVAC systems and other mechanical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance works.
  • Support engineers in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical system breakdowns.
  • Monitor the performance and condition of mechanical systems to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Prepare and update maintenance reports, technical documentation, and inspection checklists.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other departments for smooth project execution.
  • Participate in site inspections, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards in all activities.
  • Gain exposure to contract management, project documentation, and client coordination.
Requirements
