• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns.
• Resolve production line issues.
• Support process engineer with NPI.
• Perform other tasks assigned.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for new or existing equipment setup
• Coordinate with team members or related departments for any new projects or improvement plans
• Supervise technicians to improve quality and establish high productivity
• Assist Section Manager in daily tasks such as ensuring attendance, arranging OT, and motivating the ME personnel
• Provide corrective and preventive actions on related technical problems
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine breakdowns
• Resolve any machine issues affecting production line efficiency
• Support process engineer with NPI and control build
• Undertake other tasks assigned by the superior

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical & Electronic) or equivalent
• Preferable skill: technical skill in handling SMT machine and BE equipment
• Applicants must be willing to work in Batu Kawan
