Job description

1. Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on SMT machines, reflow ovens, AOI/ICT equipment, test station and mechanical assembly lines.
2. Troubleshoot equipment failures, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
3. Ensure equipment calibration, alignment, and performance meet required specifications
4. Provide technical support to production teams to minimize machine downtime.
5. Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability, yield, and efficiency.
6. Support new product introduction (NPI) by ensuring equipment readiness.
7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Lead or support equipment upgrades, modifications, and automation projects.
9. Implement energy-saving or cost-reduction initiatives in factory operations.
10. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and spare parts usage.
11. Ensure compliance with ESD, safety, and environmental standards in all maintenance activities.
12. Prepare technical reports, maintenance schedules, and work instructions.
13. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and OEMs for technical support and spare parts management.
14. Train operators and technicians on basic equipment care and preventive maintenance practices.
15. Collaborate with process and quality engineers to sustain overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
