• Operate, troubleshoot, repair, and improve machinery and building infrastructure.
• Execute preventive and reactive maintenance work and inspections.
• Lead or supervise maintenance teams and coordinate with vendors.
• Assist in procurement and manage operating budgets where applicable.

Undertake the day-to-day management and control of all plant, mechanical and electrical systems and co-ordinate the remedial action in the event of critical incidents. To provide supervision to multi skilled engineering maintenance partners. Ensure that all staff and vendors employed within the client’s facilities strictly adhere to client and JLL’s policies and procedures. The Engineer apply practical technical knowledge learned through experience and training in executing the day-to-day technical facilities management operations and maintenance related to building assets.
