Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in Petaling Jaya is seeking a motivated individual for Mechanical/Electrical Building Services. You will handle design development, assist with submission preparation, and liaise with clients and contractors. Candidates should possess a relevant engineering degree, good communication skills, and ideally have 1-2 years of experience in consulting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is required, with Bahasa Malaysia and English fluency essential.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or higher in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Preferable with at least 1-2 years experience in Engineering Consulting.

Responsibilities

• Handle system design development/calculation with senior guidance.
• Assist in authority submission preparation work/documents.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and contractors.
• Understand construction drawings and work independently.
• Attend Client Consultant Meetings and Site Discussions.

Involving on Mechanical/Electrical Building Services on project, retail and retrofit work

Able to handle the system design development/calculation/correspondent & etc. (senior guidance is provided)

To assist for authority submission preparation work/documents.

Able to liaise with client, other consultants, authorities and contractors.

Able to understand construction drawings.

Able to work independent with minimum supervision.

Dynamic, motivated, committed & proactive to work effectively

Attending Client Consultant Meetings, Site Meeting and Discussion Section (Online/On site)

Qualifications
