Company Background

They specialize in delivering end-to-end services, including system design, mechanical assembly, electrical integration, testing, commissioning, and long-term maintenance support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical assembly of machines, equipment, and system components according to engineering drawings, technical specifications, and work instructions.
• Assemble and fit mechanical parts such as frames, panels, piping, brackets, actuators, and other precision components for automation/control systems.
• Conduct alignment, fitting, and adjustment to ensure assembled parts meet dimensional and functional requirements.
• Record assembly issues and provide timely feedback to engineers and supervisors to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with technicians and engineers during machine/system integration and commissioning phases.
• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of assembly tools, equipment, and fixtures.
• Ensure efficient use of materials to minimize waste and improve resource utilization.
• Adhere to 6S workplace practices and company safety standards during all assembly activities.
• Support factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site installation works as required.
• Carry out additional tasks or project support as assigned by the department manager.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in system integration, automation equipment, or machinery industry.
• Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly diagrams.
• Hands-on experience in using assembly tools, torque tools, measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
• Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, or motion control systems is an advantage.
• Forklift license and driving skills will be an added advantage.

Salary Range: RM 3,500 - 6,000
