Job summary

A machinery services provider in Subang Jaya is seeking a technician to inspect and maintain machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate should have at least a vocational certificate in Mechanical, Automotive, or Industrial Engineering with at least 1 year of experience. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect machines, engines, and transmissions and run diagnostic tests.
• Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them.
• Perform maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems.

Job description

Inspect machines, engines, transmission and run diagnostic test to discover functionality issues.

Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner.

Perform thorough maintenance on machinery, equipment and system.

Keep logs of work and report on issues.

To ensure all completed job including Machine Check Sheet and Service Recommendation are to return to Product Champion / Service Coordinator for invoicing purpose within timeline. Strictly adhering to Safety Regulations / SOP irrespective at our workplace or customer site.

To ensure tools and workshop facilities are in good working condition. To be accountable for all replaced parts under warranty to be returned to Product Champion for warranty claim. Any tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM, Certification from Vocational school in Mechanical, Automotive or Industrial Engineering or completion of apprenticeship.

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Applicant must be willing to travel.

Aptitude in using various hand tools.

Ability to follow established procedures and practices and read instruction, etc.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

Good team player, positive working attitude and result-oriented.
