Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking automotive technicians to inspect, test, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. You will perform routine maintenance such as oil changes and fluid checks, diagnose root causes with diagnostic tools, and repair or replace worn components to ensure safe operation of vehicles and machines.

Maintain tools in good condition, follow safety regulations, and stay up-to-date with automotive technology through ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting, testing, repairing mechanical, electrical & hydraulic system
• Perform routine maintenance task like oil changes & fluid checks
• Mechanics use their knowledge and diagnostic tools to identify the root cause of mechanical problems
• Repair or replace worn or damaged components, ensuring vehicles or machines operate safely and efficiently
• Routine maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid level checks
• Upkeep of the tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order
• Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines when working with hazardous materials and equipment
• Keep abreast of the latest automotive technology and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management and superior from time to time
