Job summary

You will operate and tune equipment, follow product specs, and ensure HACCP compliance, traceability, and FIFO handling throughout shifts. Training in food safety is required, with willingness to work occasional odd hours.

Qualifications

• SPM or Similar certification.
• Min experience of 2 years in similar field.
• Attended Food Handling and Food Safety management System training.
• Able to have solution when problems arise.
• Willing to work odd hour (if required).

Responsibilities

• Inspect and operate meat processing equipment ensuring calibration.
• Manage slicing, grinding, and portioning per product specs.
• Maintain product quality, weight control, and traceability.
• Ensure HACCP, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Handle FIFO inventory and cold storage documentation.
• Perform thorough sanitation and prevent cross-contamination.
