Job summary

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop inspection plans and measurement programs based on inspection drawings; analyze abnormal measurement data and define corrective and preventive actions.
  • Perform daily calibration of measurement equipment (internal and external), maintain calibration records, handle abnormalities, and carry out equipment maintenance; organize equipment acceptance, validation, and stability analysis.
  • Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs) for measurement equipment and conduct related training.
  • Plan and conduct validation of inspection methods and measurement systems, including repeatability, correlation studies, and GR&R (Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility).
  • Track, follow up, and document DoE (Design of Experiments) inspection and validation progress for various projects.
  • Handle customer technical complaints and provide appropriate technical solutions.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelors degree or above in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings; knowledge of 3D measurement software is an advantage.
Salary Range

RM4500 - RM6000
