PlayHub is Malaysia's 1st Maths Boardgames Academy. Here, we aim to make Mathematics a fun and meaningful experience for learners.

Established since 2013, we are best known for our Maths Boardgames Creative & Critical-Thinking programme. We are in the midst of expanding, and are looking for talented individuals to join our team of educators.

We require a dedicated and inspired educator who believes in making learning a fun, meaningful and memorable experience for learners. A Mathematics teacher at PlayHub is required to work 5 days a week, including 1 weekend (Sunday).

A for Mathematics in SPM, IGCSE or equivalent

Open to innovative methods of teaching

Flexible and patient in guiding learners age 3 to 12

Willing to work on 1 weekend (Sunday)

Both fresh graduates & experienced educators are welcomed to apply

Tasks

Teachers at PlayHub are expected to:

• Learn and teach the PlayHub Maths Boardgames programme
• Teach Kindergarten and Primary level Maths (SJKC or International school syllabus)
• Model a fun and engaging approach to teaching
• Prioritise understanding of concepts, rather than memorisation / drilling
• Handle up to 4 students in a class
• Work together with other teachers to support students learning
• Work closely with management to update and discuss students' progress
