An innovative educational organization is looking for a Learning Consultant to provide guidance and support to parents for their children's education. The role involves managing client leads, conducting consultations, and ensuring a successful enrollment process. Ideally, candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree, have experience in education consulting, and be fluent in both English and Chinese. This position offers a base salary of 3500 MYR/month, with additional bonuses for performance.

Think Academy U.S. is looking for a Part-Time Learning Consultant for our Elementary and Middle School courses. Learning Consultants provide expert guidance and personalized support to parents, ensuring that students’ needs are effectively met throughout their learning journey at Think Academy.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing leads from our official website — contacting families immediately after a placement test request is submitted, conducting follow-up calls, and analyzing students’ test reports to recommend the most suitable courses. You will also maintain ongoing communication with parents to ensure a smooth transition from trial to enrollment. This position requires strong communication skills, quick problem-solving, and a thoughtful, service-oriented mindset.
