This is a backfill role that will be supporting the Master Data Management (MDM) by executing core data stewardship tasks, ensuring governance, and driving process standardization across Business Units. It collaborates closely with MDM leads and stakeholders to align strategies and embed sustainable change.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency of master data across systems.
• Execute data creation, updates and validations in line with global and local standards.
• Monitor data quality metrics and resolve discrepancies through root cause analysis.
• Support MDM-related projects, including system enhancements, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Act as a point of contact for master data queries, assisting and guiding business users.
• Generate and assist in preparing reports to monitor data quality and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensures proper approval and validation for master data changes and creation are duly authorized per SOP.
• Supports audits and compliance checks related to master data governance.
• Support on monthly audit reports and upload into system.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in business or any related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Master Data Management or related domains.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficiency in English is vital for effective communication across teams and with global stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia will be crucial for effective communication within specific geographic regions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and business stakeholders.
• Basic problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of database management concepts and data modelling principle.
