JOB DESCRIPTION:

As part of the Global Shared Service Centre (SSC) of Wilmar, we are looking for dynamic, customer service and quality minded team player to join our SSC continuous expansion in 2026. The position provides an opportunity to widely increase your accounting knowledge and expertise working for a well-known, fast growing SSC of a Fortune 500 company.

Responsibilities:

• Working on customer and vendor creation, change, closure, deletion process
• MDG customer table maintenance and point of contact
• Working on enhancements for the MDG
• Support customer queries
• Assist on material code creation, change, deletion which determine the product code and hierarchy
• Generate reports, and proposed recommendation to site
• Drive process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Accounting, Business, Finance Degree or equivalent professional qualification
• 1-2 years working experience in the related field is required
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Candidate with SAP knowledge or working experience in SSC environment
• Candidate flexible to support different time zone (1-10pm, 7am-4pm)
• Able to handle tight timeline
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
