Job description

We are looking for a highly proficient Master Data Analyst to serve as the critical guardian of our core business data, including Vendor, Customer, Product, and Material master records. You will be instrumental in ensuring the highest levels of data quality, integrity, and compliance across our ERP and related systems, driving business efficiency and reliable financial controls. This role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in data governance, and the ability to lead cross‑functional process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of critical Customer, Vendor, Product, and Material master data across ERP systems (SAP preferred), ensuring high accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Perform continuous data cleansing, validation, and standardization to maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Provide expert master data support, training, and troubleshooting for users across ERP and integrated systems. Analyze system interdependencies (e.g., SAP modules) to advise on master data implications.
• Lead and coordinate the master data change control process, obtaining consensus from cross‑functional stakeholders. Develop, simplify, and document MDM business processes and workflows.
• Manage master data synchronization requirements to ensure data integrity during system migrations and integrations.
• Utilize advanced MS Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, and transformation of large datasets. Identify and resolve data discrepancies.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Master Data Management (Customer, Vendor, Product, Material domains).
• Expert proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional communication skills.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI), SQL, and data quality/ETL tools is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
