About the role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Marketing Trainee to join our dynamic team at FINICON VENTURE HOLDINGS SDN. BHD. in our Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur office. We are a multi-disciplinary group involved in Venture Capital, Trust & Will services, Investment & Retirement Planning, and Stem Cell Health Management. We aim at building professionals who can integrate wealth, health and legacy solutions for affluent clients. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for professional development and advancement within our organisation.

What you\'ll be doing

• Participating in mentorship sessions with senior advisors, trustees and doctors
• Building relationships with HNW clients and partners
• Identifying and qualifying sales leads to build a strong pipeline of opportunities
• Preparing and delivering persuasive product presentations and proposals
• Negotiating and closing sales deals within agreed targets and timelines
• Providing outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall sales strategy

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
