We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Team Lead / Senior Executive to execute all marketing activities across Malaysia and key Asia Pacific markets. You are responsible for building the regional marketing foundation, strengthening brand presence, and driving measurable business growth.
This role requires a strategic, hands-on marketer who understands both local market dynamics and can uphold global brand standards. The successful candidate will drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and engagement through regional campaigns, partnerships, and localized initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across channels such as SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing tailored for Malaysia and region markets.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive brand visibility and qualified lead generation.
- Optimize website performance, landing pages, and conversion funnels to maximize traffic and lead conversions.
2. Lead Generation & Demand Creation
- Build and implement lead-generation programs targeting HR decision-makers and enterprise clients across the region.
- Develop and manage marketing automation workflows to support lead nurturing and pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with sales teams to define lead qualification criteria and ensure strong marketing–sales alignment for conversion success.
3. Brand Positioning & Market Presence
- Strengthen the company’s brand identity across online channels and industry events.
- Develop strategic content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, product messages) to highlight thought leadership across TalenTec’s solution portfolio which include HRMS, HCM, ERP, IT Infrastructure, Managed Services, Digital Transformation Services, etc.
- Manage social media presence and grow audience engagement.
- Plan, organize and execute event-driven campaigns, which include seminars, conferences, industry exhibitions, roadshows, and TalenTec-hosted workshops.
- Plan, organize and execute joint-exhibit events with business partners, which include co-branded booths, shared speaking sessions, and joint product showcases.
4. Product & Solution Marketing
- Understand the value proposition of the company’s HRMS, HCM, ERP, IT Infrastructure, Managed Services, Digital Transformation Services, etc.
- Create compelling product marketing materials to support pre-sales and sales activities.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to refine product messaging and market positioning.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor marketing KPIs including website traffic, CTR, conversion rate, CPL, and lead quality.
- Generate monthly reports with performance insights with actionable optimization recommendations.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient ROI across all marketing activities.
- Possess a Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, HR technology, cloud solutions, or B2B tech markets.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, regional campaign execution, and demand generation.
- Strong hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO/SEM tools, CRM/automation platforms, etc.).
