As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the center of our growth engine — executing campaigns, optimizing performance, and helping millions of users discover and engage with BJAK.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on results, moves fast, and knows how to turn strategy into measurable impact. You’ll work across multiple channels, support high‑stakes campaigns, and contribute directly to BJAK’s expansion.
Drive marketing initiatives that directly influence acquisition, retention, and brand growth.
Shape how millions of users discover, interact with, and trust BJAK.
Execute campaigns across multiple countries and platforms.
Bring structure, creativity, and momentum to a fast‑paced, high‑performance marketing team.
Execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, CRM, and other channels.
Support performance marketing efforts: ad setup, optimization, monitoring, and reporting (CAC, CTR, conversions).
Assist in content creation — articles, landing pages, creatives, and scripts.
Strengthen and maintain BJAK’s brand voice across all platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies/freelancers.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and performance reporting.
Align marketing campaigns with business goals and product launches.
Manage campaign calendars, track KPIs, and ensure timely delivery.
Are proactive, hands‑on, and able to execute quickly.
Can manage multiple priorities with structure and clarity under pressure.
Use data to guide decisions and optimize performance.
Focus on outcomes — delivering real, measurable impact.
Adapt swiftly to changes and handle ambiguity with confidence.
Take ownership and accountability for your work.
2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
Strong understanding of digital channels: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, CRM, etc.
Hands‑on experience with campaign execution and/or content creation.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data into actions.
Solid project management and stakeholder communication capabilities.
Based in Malaysia and open to hybrid work arrangements.
Experience in tech, fintech, e‑commerce, or high‑growth startups.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, HubSpot, Hotjar.
Basic experience in creative production or influencer/content collaborations.
Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members.
