Job Summary

We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist to support our Marketing & Growth function, responsible for delivering high-quality communications, content, events, and marketing operations that support Verlata’s global brand and commercial goals.

This role will execute campaigns end-to-end, manage webinars and events, create compelling content, and drive marketing operations with precision. This role is hands‑on and cross‑functional, partnering with Sales, Product, Leadership and external vendors to deliver measurable awareness, engagement, and growth.

This role reports directly to the Marketing Lead, works in a dotted‑line capacity with the CRO, provides guidance to the Marketing & Operations Coordinator.

Responsibilities
  • Develop clear, high-quality communications across digital channels.
  • Produce product updates, release notes, external announcements and internal communications.
  • Manage email nurtures, newsletters, and internal communication workflows.
  • Produce and repurpose content for blogs, SEO articles, social media, webinars, podcasts, and whitepapers.
  • Lead social content planning with a focus on conversions and thought leadership.
  • Translate webinars and events into structured multi‑channel content assets.
  • Coordinate in‑person events, roadshows, sponsorships and partner activities.
  • Track and analyse event performance and convert activity into commercial outcomes.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate campaign and event records.
  • Assist with email workflows, landing pages, campaign setup and basic analytics.
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners on joint initiatives.
About You
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in B2B marketing (SaaS, legal tech, or professional services preferred).
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to produce client‑ready content.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and stakeholders independently.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency with Canva or equivalent design tools.
  • High attention to detail and strong accountability.
Preferred
  • Experience with SEO and content optimisation.
  • Exposure to campaign management and email automation.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience working in multi‑region or global teams.
