Marketing (Senior Executive/ Executive )

As Product / Marketing Executive you'll drive brand growth through pharmacy channels, focusing on pharmaceutical and skincare products. Brand & Campaign Management

• Execute marketing strategies for assigned pharma/skincare brands
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and product launches
• Assist and overseas the development of marketing materials: brochures, point-of-purchase displays, presentations, price list, and sales kits
• Conduct product training for pharmacy partners and retail staff when needed
• Organize exhibitions, roadshows, and in-store promotions by proposing the suitable sales items, booth decoration and promotion mechanics
• Build relationships with pharmacy chains and independent outlets

Digital & E-commerce

• Manage online promotional activities and e-commerce campaigns
• Collaborate with agencies on social media content, digital marketing and activities planning
• Monitor and optimize online sales performance by closely collaborate with product managers
• Prepare sales reports and performance analysis on the assigned product lines
• Support pricing strategies and distribution planning
• Track campaign effectiveness and ROI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1 - 3+ years experience in marketing or relevant working experience
• Strong presentation and communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience in pharmaceutical retail, pharmacy chains, or skincare/beauty products in retail environment
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation ability to draw meaningful insights using relevant software tools
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management, market research and customer segmentation
