Job Responsibilities
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify latest trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Leverage data‑driven insights to refine marketing strategies and ensure effective targeting.
- Campaign Strategy & Project Management: Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies. Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring campaigns are executed on time and effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management: Support in building and nurturing relationships with both new and existing customers through targeted campaigns, driving customer acquisition and repeat business.
- Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns. Prepare and present regular reports on campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and ROI, adjusting strategies based on data‑driven insights.
- Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with cross‑functional teams (sales, marketing teams in other business units, design team, etc.) to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives and customer needs.
- Content Development: Plan and oversee the creation of engaging content for digital channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities (both online and offline) adhere to relevant industry regulations and company policies.
- Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Preferable candidate with 3‑5 years of experience in 360‑degree marketing.
- Proficiency in both online and offline marketing channels and tools, with knowledge of SEO & SEM optimization being a plus.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and the ability to innovate and think outside the box.
- Strong project management skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel with own transport for trade shows, events, and meetings.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
